A low-cost, high-intensity magnetic separator is not a marketing slogan, but a technical necessity in processing plants, cement plants and recycling lines.   • 3407 cold rolled electrical steel core— service life over 15 years without degradation of magnetic permeability;
  • Low voltage hold mode: after capturing the impurity, the voltage drops from 220 V to 48 V - consumption drops by 68%, and heating of the coils almost disappears;
  • Quick-release magnetic system module: replacement takes 12 minutes - without a crane, without dismantling the conveyor;
  • Controller with adaptive algorithm: Automatically adjusts field strength depending on load and temperature - no wasted energy “just in case.”

As a result, the price of equipment is 22–27% lower compared to European class analogues, and the total cost of ownership (TCO) over 5 years is 39% less.

Where the "Cheap High Intensity Magnetic Separator" Fails - and How to Avoid It

We often hear: “We bought a separator, but it doesn’t work.” The reason is almost always not the quality of the device, but errors in integration. Here are three critical points:

  1. Feed Angle. When falling at an angle of more than 75°, the particles do not have time to be “captured” - even at 12500 Gauss. Solution: install an adjustable angle guide tray (calibration template included).
  2. Humidity above 8%. Film wetting creates a “magnetic screen”. We add a compressed air blowing system to the design - pressure 0.3 MPa, pulse 0.8 s every 4 seconds.
  3. Lack of supply current control. Fluctuations in the network voltage of ±10% result in a discrepancy in field strength of up to 23%. Therefore, all our controllers are equipped with an input current stabilizer - this is a prerequisite, not an option.

If these three points are not met, even the most expensive separator will work 30–50% worse than stated.

How to choose a specific model - without overpayment and compromises
